The tuition cap for families with three or more children enrolled in grades 5K through 8 at Chilton Area Catholic School is $6,500. Registration fees are separate fees.

Tuition Incentives

• School Choice students will attend tuition free.

• Any student who completes 4K at CACS and attends 5K at CACS will receive 50% off tuition for the student’s 5K school year.

• Any new family in grades 5K-8th will receive 50% off tuition for 1 school year for each child.

• 50% Scrip tuition rebate available to all families.

Chilton Area Catholic School has joined the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), which means eligible students who reside in Wisconsin can attend Catholic school tuition-free! Click here for more information.

**Note: Good Shepherd Parish financially contributes to Chilton Area Catholic School as their parish school. Therefore, families that are not members of Good Shepherd Parish will be charged an additional tuition fee to offset the parish subsidy. The non-parish member fee will be an additional $100 for families with children enrolled in our early childhood programs and an additional $500.00 tuition charge for families with children enrolled in grades 5K-Grade 8. • Registration/Book/Technology Fee: $100.00/students in grades 4K (full day) – 8th – due with completed agreement

• Registration/Snack Fee: $40.00/student in grades 3K and 4K – due with completed agreement

• Fundraising buy out fee – $500 – If a family chooses not to participate in CACS fundraising

• Band Fee for 4th – 8th grade band participants – $150/year (Paid in full by October 1, 2025)

• Before School Care Program – (6:30 -7:35 a.m.) $4.50 per day – $35 breakfast fee per year

• Extended Care Program – (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) $20.00 per day ($5.00/hour)

• After School Care Program – (3:00 – 5:00 p.m.) $4.50 per hour – $35 snack fee per year

Chilton Area Catholic School offers an extended care program for families before, during (in the case of children in the 3K program), and after school.

 Before School Care:

A morning care program for all school age children age 3-grade eight.  It will begin at 6:30 a.m. – 7:35 a.m. The cost is $4.50/hour per child.  The breakfast fee is $35/child for the year.

Extended Care:

An after school care program for Early Childhood Children from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The cost is $20.00 per day or $100.00 per week. $5.00 per hour.

After Care:

An after school care program for all C.A.C.S. Students from 3:00-5:00 p.m. the cost is $4.50/child per hour. The snack fee is $35/child for the year.
